Loved everything about the property, will definitely book again. All the stores are within walking distance. Vacasa doesn’t have a lot of red tape as far as checking out like other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. I loved the overall experience.

First time staying at edgewater and I would definitely come back. Beautiful ocean views, heated pool, private walking distance to beach. The shower in the master was so nice! Also they must’ve fixed all the elevators because I did not run into any issue of elevators like previous comments experienced. Only “negative” feedback id say is I wish there was a broom in the condo for the sand, I would’ve liked to sweep the sand from frequent beach trips. But overall 10/10 for me!

Comfortable beds, larger size, neat clean furniture, lanai furniture. Newly remodeled master bath. Refrigerator needs replaced or repaired and some other items that were shared with owner but nothing that would discount our renting this condo again
