Beautiful dog-friendly condo, private washer&dryer and close to beach

This was just as described and close to main eating places. We could easily walk to the sound or the gulf. We absolutely loved the green and mowed area out back for our small dog. Looked like most pet owners have been respectful of the space, as were we, and it was not covered in pet waste. We enjoyed the space since Bertha had us off the beach more than the wanted. The internet was “iffy” at times but that could have been the storm as well. Overall it was a nice relaxing space. A couple chairs out back would have made this a super place to stay, since the bottom floor had no outdoor area to sit.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and private. It took a minute to find the entry door and the access code was a bit long, but once inside, everything was fantastic. Just a note — there’s no hair dryer and the “beach” chairs aren’t the traditional kind, so plan accordingly. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book again!

This is a very nice new unit. Being new, there are a few kinks to work out. Neither bath has a hair dryer and when we called we were told one wasn't mentioned in the listing (is it ever?) so you don't get one. The code to get in is 10 digits long so unless you have a good memory you have to pull out your phone every time you go in. This was very inconvenient when we had an unexpected downpour (there's no overhang above the entrance). Also, the door to the garage has a window and there's no drapes or blinds so someone in the garage could look into your living area (you do not get access to the garage - someone else does). The wifi is really bad and cell service isn't great so connectivity is sporadic. The master bedroom is below the deck upstairs and our neighbors above dragged the furniture around and bounced a ball at 6:15am both days but I would think that's pretty unusual. TIP: The entrance is around the back on the left side. In general, this new unit is really, really nice and if they add hair dryers to both baths and fix the wifi it is a 5 star rental.

This home was so very clean and updated, the furnishings were beautiful and it had a coastal vibe! We loved that you could walk to the pier or walk to the end of the road and be directly on a public beach! The house is fully equipped with cooking equipment making it easy to whip up breakfast before heading to the beach! We will definitely be returning to this beauty!
