The email we received had the wrong internet and password. Eventually found the information in one of the guest bedrooms. The welcome email didn't have the pool pass code. Called and was told would receive a call back never reeived a call back. When I called customer service made a snarky comment about not completing the guest portal info. Guest portal wanted a copy of my id. I did not want to upload my id. Also, if they were so concerned about verifying who I was, I would expect it to be when I paid. No problem taking the money without id. We had to go through the second tower to get to the beach.
