I think for most people they come here to relax and they seem to succeed. This unit is far back enough to cut down on even the busiest weekend road noise. The water pressure is exceptional (Look out the back patio) There are enough amenities around to not get back in the car unless you need Publix. People seem to entertain children here to some degree. I am honestly just here for the nearshore tuna fishing that happens in February and again in the fall.
We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the set up with the extra beds in both bedrooms. The mattresses were super comfy. I really enjoyed the decks off of the living room and primary bedroom. The views were lovely. The only thing I would change is the metal on the steps as they were a trip hazard and hard on our bare feet. Also, the people in the condo next door kept parking in our spot and using the water hose to clean out their boat which was really annoying. Otherwise, a lovely home and we hope to return soon. I would like to know where the owner found the table and chairs on the deck off the living room. I want to find that set for my home.

We loved that this place was updated and beautifully decorated. Furniture was very nice, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! It was as just my husband and I, but there was a second bedroom and plenty of extra accommodations for more guests. Quiet, lovely place and close to beach, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend!
The view out the back is nice. The pier and beach are a short walk away, I'd say maybe 5 minutes. The townhouse is in a nice area and safe. Here's our pros/cons: Cons- King bed was hard Shower heads are practically useless Metal on stairs hurt feet and can create a trip hazard Upstairs bathtub is slippery when wet and missing drain plug to take a bath. Washing machine has mold or mildew Curtains do not block any morning sun for sleeping past sunrise The blinds in the bedroom that you would put kids in doesn't fit the window very well and causes a gap. There are no curtains to help block early morning sun and onlookers. Pros: View of sound is very nice Walk to the pier and beach isn't bad, could be worse could be better (you get what you pay for and this was awesome for the price) Local residents are very nice (southern hospitality beats Midwest nice) Would we stay here again? Absolutely.
