Dog-friendly house near the beach, balconies, washer&dryer, & cable

Do not trust the description and what they are saying. The listing and actual doesn't match. The property is ok, but the service was very disappointed. 1. Early check in- They said early check is available around by 2PM., so we all(16 people+ 2pet) went there earlier at 2PM. Not they said not available. VACASA said if you don't agree, you can't check in. 2. Description showed Tesla charger available with garage access. (they updated listing now). Not they said it is not available. Some guy told me earlier that it is not available. I double checked it 2 days before check-in. They said it is available with garage access. I checked in. The garage access door was locked. Now they said not available. 3. Refrigerator ice/water doesn't work. Dishwasher has no power. I flipped the switch on breaker side, now it threw the no water supply error. I had no help on this. 4. We waited until 4 PM because they said no eerily check in is available. They didn't provide the door access code by 4PM. We actually got into the property after regular check in time. I had to call around for 1hours and 16people+ 2pets wasted their time for that.
