Second floor condo with shared pool, high-speed WiFi, and private washer&dryer

We just returned from a week long stay. We were with a large group of family that all stayed in other units in the same complex. They all paid the same as us, but our unit was in horrid condition compared to all of theirs. We had a non working dryer for 6 of our 7 days, a toilet that had to be fixed and then continued to randomly run, floors that were filthy and still covered in sand, dirty dishes in the cabinets, run down/uncomfortable furniture, a rug that needed to be thrown away years ago, trash/dust under all the beds. Avari/Vacasa was apologetic, but it is not enough to just say “sorry for your troubles” when you pay hundreds in cleaning fees and walk into a filthy unit. We spent thousands of dollars on this rental because having a fully functional home away from home was important to us. We have four kids and not having a working dryer when you have a mountain of soaking wet towels and suits was incredibly frustrating. Every time I went to cook a meal for the six of us I had to clean the dishes before using them. Not having a comfortable/clean area to spend time in together after returning from the beach was disappointing. We have stayed in Sunset Harbor & Sunset Palms more times than I can count, and I have never in the 15+ years we’ve been coming down, have had a unit in this shape. Spend your money else where!

Entire unit needed a good cleaning, the living room rug is dingy, disgusting and filled with so much sand along with the big round foot stool. So gross. Dish washer wouldn’t wash dishes and the dryer heating element was out and wouldn’t work our entire 6 day stay. Reached out to guest services the first morning and nothing was ever done about it. They sent out a repair on the second day and he informed us it was the heating element, and that was the extent of that. He did not fix it. Very very inconvenient not to have a working dryer or dishwasher the whole entire time. They offered no solution at all. Location was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. Would not stay in this unit again.

We always enjoy visiting Navarre and the location of this condo is perfect! The condo met our needs since we had our son and his family with us on this trip. It was plenty of room for all of us! We had everything that we needed along with additional bedding, plenty of towels and a full kitchen! Hope to stay here again next year!!

Good condo close to the beach only a short walk. The pool was nice and quiet and all rooms were very nice, the rooms do all have blinds which cause the lights from right outside to come in partially.

I loved how close it was to the sound and the gulf. I loved how comfortable the bed was. I slept so well! My family also said the same thing of bed in their room. It had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. All three bedrooms had a tv. My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this condo again!
