Met the needs of our family of 8 with lots of room to spare. Awesome view right on beach and of the pier.

The location and view are fabulous. The condo is large and having three bathrooms is so unusual. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked, and there are plates and glassware galore. Extra towels in the bathroom was helpful. And the building was very quiet.

The condo was spacious. The management agency was terrible. Book somewhere else!

My lifelong girl friends and I rented this condo for a week towards the end of October. This was the first time we've had a corner unit with 3 bedrooms and 3-bathrooms, and it worked out perfectly for 4 women. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen I've encountered. The refrigerator has an ice maker, and we had a couple ice packs that we brought for the cooler, so we never had to buy ice. The only things you'll need to bring are oils, spices, Ziplocs/foil etc. if you plan to cook. The included beach service was great. Just be sure to go down early when they are setting up to claim your set since many of them are reserved in advance. The reserved ones will have a tag attached to the umbrella with a name on it. You can reserve a specific one for an additional $10 plus tax per day, but you really don't need to if you just walk down at 8am and put your towels on the chairs that you'd like to use that day. The condo had plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. You may want to bring your own beach towels. You are told up front that they provide you with starter paper towels and toilet paper which will probably be enough if you are only there for the weekend. The pool is not heated until November which is understandable since it was still hot during the day in October. You want them to be cool enough to be refreshing! I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again in the future.
