This delightful unit overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico is a spacious 1378 square feet. This fun and casual, multicolored unit will truly be a home away from home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal along with a convenient countertop breakfast bar. The quaint dining room offers a simple yet timeless table. The living room has comfy couches to allow you the pleasure of catching up with one another. The balcony offers an excellent spot to take in a breathtaking Gulf front view. The primary bedroom has a king bed that has a country feel and a private bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub with a shower stall. The second bedroom has twin beds and is conveniently located next to a full bath. Things to Know Pool passes are included. During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).

Our 50th Anniversary couldn’t have been at a better location! We have been staying at The Pearl each year for the last 8-10 years! - And our 4-5th time in 1602! - It is ALWAYS fresh and clean. Our ONLY complaint is an ongoing problem with the lock. VACASA has known about it, and I pray it is corrected by our next visit this Spring!🥰

We loved the views and access to the beach. Beach service is available. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Could use updates but price was reasonable.

Not terrible, but not great. This condo has potential but there needs to be some time and money invested to make this feel more comfortable. Stains on balcony furniture made it very unattractive and not possible to sit on. Bed frame in master was wobbly and felt unstable. Gnats regularly appeared in the kitchen. Carpet is dingy and needs replacing or a deep clean at he least. There’s no beach chair service & the closet outside the room is locked and not accessible to occupants of the condo. And who wants to have to use a 10 DIGIT entry code to the room??? Give it some love and we’ll reconsider staying but not until then.

Overall the condo was good. Affordable stay with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. It’s old and could use some updating but was clean and functional for what my family needed. We spent more time out on the beach than inside. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
