Our family has stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed it. Beautiful (and less crowded) beaches in a quaint town. Unbeatable sunset views. Highly recommend.

Mixed reviews of this place. While it was adequate, as others have mentioned, it does need some updates and paint. We did love the beautiful view and Navarre Beaches are gorgeous. Because the unit was empty the day before our arrival, we tried to get in earlier than 4 pm check in. None of the operators for 800 Vacasa line were able to help. This made me reluctant to rent again from a big non-local company or owner. We had an issue with the refrigerator making ice and maintenance came to look at it quickly. However we were there 3 nights and it never made a full bowl of ice. We bought a bag! The wifi code given on instructions was not correct. We finally got the updated code middle of the 2nd day. Inconvenient.

Booked a big unit for the two of us and enjoyed the roominess! Navarre Beach is spectacular (relaxing, private), and we've stayed at Belle Mer before, so no hesitation to choose Belle Mer again! Unit 0903 was adequately and tastefully decorated and offered fabulous views South and West! I tried to use the jacuzzi in the main bath but didn't think to test the jets before my deep tub was full... don't waste your time; the jets don't work. Also noticed the lack of kitchen tools (pizza cutter, coffee scoop are musts, no?) and very few pots and pans, but I didn't cook anything, so that was not an issue for us. Always hard to use the balconies in the afternoon, but I think a patio umbrella would be spectacular on that big balcony, if they're allowed... hint, hint. The manager has written of upgrades to the issues in the coming off-season, so I don't think there'll be issues in 2026. As a matter of fact, I'll check this unit following the updates when we book with Belle Mer again!
