Gulf Front Condo Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Private Beach Access!

Natalie from Vacasa was the bright spot. We had no heat or internet upon arrival. By Monday afternoon we had heat. The thermostat was the wrong one and once replaced heat was fine. Internet was much more frustrating. None til Thursday evening.

The master bed was terribly uncomfortable. The center sank in, the sheets didnt stay on, and there was blood on the mattress cover. There was also blood on one of the sheets in the second bedroom, this wasn't discovered until late in our stay. I'm not certain the sheets were changed in between our stay and the previous stay. Housekeeping was sent to replace the master bedding but I was first told they wouldn't replace the bedding until i further inquired about the blood on the mattress cover and their suggestions on how to handle it. I wasn't aware when I booked that maintenance would be completed during our stay. We weren't able to use the balcony because of this. Or leave the doors open to enjoy the ocean air. The location of the resort was good. The amenities offered in the room were adequate.

Clean, spacious condo on a great section of the beach. We had a great week and would return again.

The only good thing about this rental was the location. There is a local office with a closed sign taped to the door. There is no local person to deal with problems

Everything was perfect!

When we arrived I had to frantically sweep hair and sand out of the bathrooms before our other guests arrived. Random things in the condo didn’t work like the overhead light in the living room, the sink’s waste disposal, and the WiFi. The WiFi cut off the first night we were there. I called Vacasa for help with it and they said they would send someone to look at everything. We never saw anyone. The sink in the kitchen was constantly backing up with water. I’ve never been so disappointed in a rental!
