I totally enjoyed my stay at this condo with my family. This is my second year in Navarre Beach and this unit was absolutely my favorite beautiful balcony every morning me and my daughter-in-law sit and had her coffee and walking down to the sound in the mornings into the beautiful beach across the street by 10 totally want to reserve this unit for the future

Our family of five fit very comfortably in this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and bay. The unit itself is clean and well kept. We did have issues with the Wifi, but Vacasa was helpful to provide another solution. Also one of the days the exterior lock battery was not allowing the door to open. Vacasa quickly responded and resolved the issue. The only downfalls are the middle bedroom off of the kitchen has a bright exterior light as night - the room needs curtains to block that light out. Also, while I understand the stipulations of not having all of the typical "condo" supplies like salt, pepper, cooking oil - it would have been nice to have a few of those on hand. The soap "starter pack" was very helpful. Overall, great place to stay.

The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is nicely decorated with a great view towards the Santa Rosa Sound from the living-room and the balcony. From here you can enjoy a lovely sunset. But you should know that the balcony does not offer you any privacy due to the building conditions as you have an open view to the next door balconies. Also you hear the noise of the AC that is situated close to the balconies between the houses. The Sound is reached in a few steps, the long and sandy beach on the Gulf are easily reached after crossing the Gulf Boulevard. As the apartment is on the 3rd floor it might not be easy to reach for people with walking problems as you have to walk up the steps.
