Immediately upon arrival the air didn't work and it was 90 degrees in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The entire fridge reeked of fish! The upstairs bathroom tub would barely drain while showering with 9 people in the house and only 2 showers. And the king suite bed was broken when we went to bed on the first night. We had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The internet was down half the trip. I spent the whole first day trying to get the air and bed issue resolved and half the second day trying to deal with everything else. The highlight was the pool and the vacasa customer service who hustled to fix all the issues with the property. This could have been a great experience if we hadn't had all the issues immediately.

The space and layout of this property was impressive! So neat, clean and decorated complete with everything you’d need! There’s really no need to go Out to eat as there is a complete kitchen and grilling patio ready for use. My only regret is that we didn’t bring both sides of our small blended family as there would have been plenty of space. The private backyard and pool area was top notch! Close to shopping, the beach and anything else in between this will be a space that we visit again. We were able to visit Pensacola and Ft Walton Beach in a matter of minutes - this place is perfectly situated for any day trip or activity you could mention! Hope to see you again soon Black Pearl! We’ve missed you since we closed the door to leave!

We loved all the space to get together and also to be apart but in the same place. The game room was genius. The pool was fantastic very kid friendly, the backyard was large and perfect for our little dog.

This house had space to spare and was a ton of fun for the kids. It was clean and welcoming, would certainly love to return on our next trip.

Unfortunately our stay was riddled with issues. From a broken toilet, to mice and rats, to every single home professional having to come to the house to perform service on the week we were there, etc. I would recommend spending your hard-earned vacation money elsewhere.

The amount of room in the house allowed the whole family to stay together. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need.
