Experience an incredible location one block from the water, a three-minute drive to Navarre Beach, one block from Navarre Beach Park, and a five-minute walk to shopping, ice cream, pizza, McDonald’s, TC’s Front Porch, Dollar Tree, and more. Yes, you can walk from the house to the beach! The backyard features hammock swings, outdoor eating, multiple seating spaces, a BBQ, and a fenced yard. This property underwent a complete remodel in 2021. Thoughtful upgrades include all new appliances and two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. The interior features laminate flooring, sophisticated beach decor, a stocked kitchen, and ample seating and dining space throughout. Accommodations can support two families with a king bed in the primary and a queen in the second bedroom. All beds have upgraded memory foam mattresses and lush pillows. The kid's room can sleep up to six with two full beds and two twin beds. Beach toys and chairs are provided as well as a wheelchair.

The home was in a great central location. The beds were comfortable for all guests. The space is a little cramped for 8 people but we made it work. It is lacking in amenities and did not have essentials. We had to go buy extra paper products, coffee filters, games, coffee, no trash bags etc. for a labeled beach house it wasn’t ideal for us but may be ok for other guests with less needs. Seemed set up more like a hotel then an airbnb. There is also no laundry on the property. Please review the amenities before spending your money on this property.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were upset that what was in our listing said external laundry but our final confirmation said we wouldn't have access. A washer and dryer would have been really nice to have. The pillows were very worn down but this is something we've had happen numerous times at various vacation houses. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice comfortable home for our group of 7. The house was clean and well maintained when we checked in. There is no in-house washer and dryer and this is something that we missed for our week long stay. The guest service was very quick when we called. Very close to the Navarre beach and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the pier and the beach is nice white sand and clean emerald water. The restaurants Samurai Japanese and oishii Japan nearby are really good restaurants. The location is very convenient to beaches, restaurants, general stores. Pensacola and Destin are an hour drive too.
