The condo was great, the location is great, the local team is great! We've stayed at this complex multiple times and have always had a good experience with the team in Navarre. This trip we were unable to get into our condo when we arrived, we called the number in the email confirmation for help and that is where we went wrong. Over the next half hour with the customer service line, they had me trouble shooting the door code, resetting it multiple times all the have the same result, the customer service rep was rude, passive aggressive and began making it a point to be less helpful. We ultimately used a different phone to get a hold of the local team and they were able to get us into the home, which is when we found that the notes the customer service rep had not read, told him the key code was not working and how to enter the home. Vacasa as a corporation is less than concerned about this aspect of their company though and so even though a complaint was filed, we have never received a reply or follow up. Great Local team and great house to stay in! Just be sure not to call the customer service line if anything is needed during your stay.

This is our second time to stay at Beachview Condo's and we will be back! We loved this unit for the layout, decor and amenities. Beachview is so close to the beach that it makes it convenient to run out to the beach for an evening stroll and to come and go during the day when hanging out at the beach. The 2 bdrom/2 bath provided a great layout for a family vacation, and the amenities in the kitchen allow you to eat in or out. Great condo!

Space was clean and bright. Great to be able to walk to beach from the condo. We love the area and return every year. Lots of fun things to do nearby.

Very convenient to Publix, dollar store, and Dunkin. Beach is family friendly, we really enjoyed our stay!
