We loved the convenience of being on the 1st floor. No waiting for elevator! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints were that the batteries in the remotes for the TV were either missing or not working, and the toaster's burners were out on one side on each side. It also would be nice to have an ice maker installed instead of having to fill up ice trays.

Very nice location, very clean and well taken care of. Condo was loaded with appliances, and kitchen supplies for cooking. Vacasa staff services always available. An elevator was available to access top floors. The pool is a nice addition to those not wanting to go to the beach. Though limited restaurants in the immediate area, you’re not more than 8 minutes away on the bay side. Beach is beautiful and public beaches are well maintained.

Only plus was close to beach and easy access. Condo was outdated and just ok. Terrible lighting in bedrooms/bathroom. Reported/requested light bulbs replace in master bathroom, text response was they would send someone. Never saw anyone and bulbs never replaced. Tv in master bedroom didn’t work. Reported all of this to Vacasa- they said ok they would let management know. And nothing was addressed. No bulbs or tv. Also, door code quit working during stay. After texting with Vacasa, finally got new door code to work. Overall condo was just ok
