It’s a very nice place with a great view from the balcony, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I do want to mention a couple of things for future guests: the bed and pillows in the main bedroom were extremely uncomfortable, and the TVs in all bedrooms are outdated and don’t support Netflix or other streaming platforms. Other than that, everything else was great.

Property is located beachfront in Destin proper, near lots of attractions, entertainment, and restaurants. Private, gated access to entire property — parking, pool/hot tub, and beach makes it feel secluded. Unit has 3 full bedrooms each with a full en suite bathroom. Living area, master bedroom, and outdoor patio all have spectacular ocean views. Only “complaints” — some minor maintenance is needed for plumbing issues in one bathroom and kitchen, and one bedroom/bathroom could be improved with small updates to fixtures and furniture. Would definitely return to this property and unit for future beach vacations!

Everything was Brilliant , The first bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom is large and a good size. Everything was very special for the family. It has an excellent view of the beach. The location and facilities are perfect. We loved it... I would choose Jade East again.

The view was amazing. We enjoyed eating on the balcony. We seen dolphins playing from our balcony. The weather didn't cooperate. Over all i would highly recommend this place it is located perfectly.

We really enjoyed our visit to Destin and was happy with the condo overall. I would say that it's got quite a bit of beautiful but breakable decor and may not be well suited for children just learning to walk and "discover", however l was able to move a few things around temporarily and all survived! Biggest complaint from those that used the sofa in living room to sleep on, the bar ice maker is very loud when all else is quiet at night. Maybe it could have been turned off but didn't want to mess with anything I was unsure about. Other small detail was no pot holders were provided with kitchen so when using the oven, you had to use one of the kitchen towels. All that said, I would consider staying there again if ever back in that area :-)
