*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025: -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026. Located in the SunDestin Resort, this beachfront condo is coastal living at its finest. The prime location leaves you within a leisurely stroll or bike ride to local attractions and restaurants. Sit out on your ocean-view balcony and enjoy a refreshing cocktail while the sound of the waves soothes. This lovely condo features a well-furnished bedroom with a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom. When you stay at SunDestin, take advantage of shared amenities such as a pool, hot tub, grill, gym, and sauna. Added perks of this family-friendly stay include complimentary WiFi, cable, and central air-conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

The condo was very dirty, but it was particularly dirty in the bathroom and had a moldy? shower curtain. We ended up buying a $3 shower curtain because it was that bad. The bathroom light went on and off randomly. The carpet was very dirty, and the condo was overall in need of deep cleaning. However, we did not spend much time in the room and found the beach access to be wonderful. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the shop in the building with convenient buys at fair pricing. Overall it was an enjoyable trip if beach time is what you are after. This is not a place for relaxation inside the condo.

Where do I begin with the list of things wrong with this property? The sheets had long black hairs in them, the toilet broke on day 1, the light in the bathroom would overheat and multiple times we had to pee in the dark, the refrigerator was super loud like an air compressor- made it hard to sleep at night, the floors and carpet were filthy, the outside deck furniture was so dirty we never used it, the construction going on was HORRIBLE!!! Make sure you go to bed early because the jackhammers start at 7:30 am promptly, not enough parking spaces, there’s only 4 luggage carts for a thousand people- we had to wait forever at check in for a luggage cart- they had no idea where they were, the light in the kitchen didn’t work, the refrigerator had dried spilled milk and sticky stuff in it, the bathroom floor was sticky, the closet door in the bathroom had greasy fingerprints on it, basically everything in this property is very worn out- definitely not a maintained property. Side note: the young ladies at guest services were as sweet as they could be!

Location was good but condo needs a deep cleaning and balcony needs work. Entire condo site is being renovated which I was notified of AFTER I booked and paid for a nonrefundable trip. Staff was nice but not sure about anything I asked about. Won't return
