Guests described 14th Floor Airy Condo, On-site bar & restaurant, Pool w splash pad as a great value and a comfortable, family-friendly place that met their needs well. The condo was frequently praised for being clean, tidy, well stocked, and nicely equipped, with comfortable spaces and thoughtful features like separate vanity and toilet areas. Its location was highly appreciated for being right by the beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Guests especially loved the beautiful ocean and beach views from the rooms and balcony, along with the relaxing sounds of the waves and lovely sunsets. Repeated positive experiences also highlighted easy beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, and on-site dining, while friendly and helpful staff added to the pleasant stay.

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025: -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026. This stunning vacation rental at Sundestin Beach Resort offers updated and exceptional accommodations. This unit offers tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom and also offers a private balcony located off of the living room and the main bedroom. This unit has a very warm and welcoming decor. This one bedroom coastline unit offers a large balcony with breathtaking sunset views. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. It offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

These Condos are very affordable. Easy access to restaurants in all amenities that Dustin has to offer.

Everything was perfect! The view is breathtaking and so relaxing. Make sure you bring some extra bath towels though, they do not supply very many. There’s not a washer and dryer in the unit so bring you a roll of quarters. There is a laundry room on each floor. Call a couple of days ahead of time to reserve your chairs so you can get the front row. The furniture is a little old, but who cares, you’re at the beach! Get a few bags of ice, no ice maker. Enjoy! I hope you have the best time, just like we did!
