Guests consistently praised the condo for being very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with the essentials, including a well-equipped kitchen and convenient sleeping arrangements. Its location was highlighted as excellent, with direct beach access, easy parking, and close proximity to restaurants, attractions, and resort conveniences. The balcony and gulf-front setting stood out as a favorite feature, offering beautiful ocean views, memorable sunrises and sunsets, and frequent dolphin sightings. Guests also appreciated the shared resort amenities such as the pools, splash pad, hot tub, sauna, on-site restaurant and bar, beach service, and the convenience of free WiFi.

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025: -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026. Location, Location, Location! This condo is right in the heart of Destin. Private beach access help make this a must-stay property. Overlooking the sugary white beaches and Emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this condominium is sure to please. This newly-updated home is like no other at Sundestin. The view of the gulf is breathtaking from the sliding glass doors and the spacious furnished balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal while admiring the Gulf view. The living area has an HD smart Roku TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. The main suite has a flatscreen HDTV and a private half bath that can open to the full bath. The condo also includes a great bunk area for kids. If you are looking for luxury and stunning views on the beach, you've found it! Things to Know SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

The room itself was fantastic and very comfortable. However, the building was still under major construction, which we had expected would be mostly completed by now. The hallways felt like cold, dark basements—poorly lit and felt somewhat unsafe. Once the renovations are fully finished, I’m sure this place will be amazing. That said, with what looked like every floor under construction, I don't see this complete in 2026. Maybe not even 2027.

Location is good to explore the area from Fort Walton to Grayton Beach. The restaurants, shopping, and recreation opportunities are close by. We always choose a condo instead of a hotel when we come to have more lounging room and proximity to the gulf front.

Did not love anything, no TV entire stay due to incompetence with Management co. It tvs would have been newer with smart tvs we could have gotten by with streaming at night watching and Football on Sat & Sun. Out rageous pricing for beach umbrella & chairs, make you sign you will not use a personal umbrella so you have to rent and enforced it! Said it was under construction but did not say they were air drilling ALL DAY causing noise but vibrating the entire concrete building!!! Lack of parking and this was with half of the building being unrented to to remodeling? Bath room tub was a whirlpool with high step in with slick bottom with out non slip stickers plus no handles to get in and out over the high tub! No instructions for Air Thermostat operation . Other than that it was great!

Loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee every morning. The cable in the living room wasn't working but they compensated us for that, all in all we loved the location, resort and condo.
