6th Floor Condo, On-site restaurant & bar, Splash pad w/ pool

This is a beautiful home with an amazing view of the Gulf. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location to everything in Destin. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, property is as described and met all are needs, previous review from another customer mentioned the mattress was accurate. Enjoyed our stay and everyone working at and associated with the property was awesome.

3.75 stars. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful — that alone made our stay special. However, the property is still under construction as of September 2025, so it was quite loud at times. The bathroom could use a little attention (the tub needs new caulking and the shower pressure was low), and we had to wash our towels during the trip since only a limited number were provided. It also wasn’t clear that laundry detergent was included — it was tucked away in a small box in the kitchen, along with dish detergent and a sponge we’d already purchased. That one’s probably on us, so be sure to look around before heading to the store! Overall, the location and view are great, but the property still has a ways to go in terms of comfort and convenience.

First I will share the positives. The location is great and the complex is close to everything. The construction is ongoing despite promises in the listing that it would be completed Spring/Summer 2025. I was there for Labor Day weekend 2025 and there was still A LOT that needed to be done. Others have complained of construction noise but we didn’t experience any of that with it being a holiday weekend. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were open but the splash pad was still closed. Now for the improvement s… the unit is dated. There are some cosmetic things that need to be fixed and it would greatly improve the overall appearance of the condo. The comforter on the bed was stark white with the large brown (coffee?) stain on it. That was pretty off putting. The condo was clean overall but the floors had some residual sand on them and not a shred of carpet or a rug anywhere so you are just talking around with sand on your feet the whole time. This isn’t a knock on the cleanliness, because it is impossible to get ALL of the sand out of a condo. But it is helpful to at least have a rug to wipe your feet on. Basically this condo is what you make it. If you go into it being nitpicky, you will be disappointed. If you go into it with middle of the road expectations, you will be fine. *Side note- they are very serious about the 4:00 pm check in. The door code will not work until exactly 4:00 and not a minute before (unless you have early check in).
