Resort Quest offers Sterling Shores 715 in beautiful Destin. This unit located on the 7th floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The small second bedroom does not have a closet, though it does have a bathroom attached. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Enjoy your vacation with this awesome view of the gulf. The condo is comfortable and well maintained, with upgraded flooring and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom appointed. Guests can enjoy lovely shared amenities, including pools and a seasonal snack shack. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
