Gorgeous penthouse w shared outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis - Snowbird-friendly

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to Vacasa poor management. Our group of 8 was supposed to receive 4 key fobs, but we were only given 3. Because the property has multiple secured gates, the missing key fob created unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay, making it difficult for everyone to come and go independently. To make matters worse, the washer and dryer were completely inoperable when we arrived. We reported the issue immediately, but no one came to repair or replace them during our entire stay. As a result, our group had no access to laundry facilities for the duration of our vacation. The penthouse has 3 bathrooms, yet only 1 hair dryer was provided, which is inadequate for a property of this size and for a group of 8 guests. For the amount we paid, we expected basic amenities to function and management to address issues promptly. Instead, we experienced poor communication, unresolved maintenance problems, and an overall lack of customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at a Vacasa-managed property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Silver Shells St Lucia. The instructions about check in were very clear. The condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed for the most part. We visited in winter, and it rained the entire time, so I would have appreciated a dining table a bit bigger for playing games but could see how this may be useless in the summer when spending most of your time out of the condo. Also, the dishes and cutlery were in short supply so I was glad we picked up disposable items from the grocery store. The condo is close to a lot and very convenient. We would return!

The unit itself is amazing! Great views, plenty of space, new dryer installed before visit. My issues during this visit were the Tv’s were not reliable with the network and had to reset constantly, the unit had empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in some, master bedroom jacuzzi tube button was hard to work due to damaged button. Overall I would stay in this unit again, for the right price. AC did a great job cooling large unit!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The views are beautiful and the amenities are great. The pool is always a favorite for our kids. Thanks for the memories!

--When we checked in at the office, the staff did not recognize we were even there for several minutes. --Two people had no knowledge of our stay or the condo we were staying at. Weren't able to answer our questions promptly. Had to make phone calls to get our information. --our check in packet was not ready. --Vacasa staff gave us the wrong bracelets for our condo which led to our being harassed by condo staff and accused of not staying at the resort and tried to kick us off the beach. --Master shower would not drain. Called to report....we still have heard nothing! My husband had to fix himself using a plunger --We had 8 guests with only 4 fobs which made it a challenge to navigate the property --Garbage disposal did not work and would not drain. --No soap in bathrooms --No soap and shampoo in "provided bottles" in the bathrooms. --Very ill-equipped kitchen. --Smoke detector had no batteries. --Second elevator did not work for majority of our stay. --Some TVs didn't work in bedrooms. --drain covers missing from sinks. --Bathtub was black...would love to include the picture I took. For a penthouse or any rental, this was an extremely disappointing stay. We made two calls to Vacasa and used the text messaging option. We STILL HAVE HEARD FROM NOT ONE PERSON. I do not plan to use you again and would not recommend your services to anyone.
