Comfortable condo with Gulf-front balcony & on-site pool

Great view. Loved all the windows!

Loved the atmosphere and stay. Few inconveniences but it was resolved with in few days. Overall very good stay and already planning a trip for May 2026. One thing that could be different is some of the guest were smoking marijuana which it clearly states no smoking. Loved the day and night view!! Thanks Vacasa will be booking again!

Do not rent. This unit has black mold in the laundry room and the master bath. The dryer was broken and tore up several pieces of our clothes. Roach found. Very unclean and unsafe. The property was very nice but not this unit!!

We had a great family vacation and condo was amazing.

The views were great but this is one of the worst experiences I have had. The WORST thing was the parking. The first day we get there, we picked up our packets and went to the condo. The email I received said to park in spot 1505… there is no 1505. So I call, they tell me to park in spot 150, so I do. Later that evening we decide to go out to dinner, and my car has 3 parking ticket warnings on it. So I discuss with a Vacasa agent and they say to go to the office the next morning and get my parking pass that should have been included in my packet. I had to get off the beach and take time out of my day to deal with this. I go to the office and the guy at the desk says “well we don’t give out parking passes for that condo and I don’t know who would have told you that.” Eventually someone overheard and found me the parking pass I was supposed to have. THEN we get back to the condo, and there is someone parked in spot 150, and their parking pass came from the resort (ours was a plain piece of printer paper) so I knew they were supposed to be parked there. Just very annoying to have to deal with. ALSO the ceiling fans don’t work in the bedrooms, some of the lights literally don’t turn on, the fridge smelled like death, and the floors were not very clean when we walked in. We also used the pullout bed, and there were no fitted sheets that came to put on it. Also the dryer smelled like it was going to burst into flames so we didn’t use it like we wanted to. Just an overall not good experience. I have stayed at Silver Beach before and it was AMAZING. This time was AWFUL. We paid a lot of money to be there, and I’m very disappointed. Definitely need to figure out the parking situation.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was extremely clean and a great location. We were not impressed with the check in process. If they tell you your parking space is the same as the unit number, that is wrong!
