5th floor condo w splash pad, multiple pools, and on-site bar

Love the front beach, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi.. we will definitely come back on this place. very nice place!

This is my second review - first one hasn’t posted and I’ve received no response! If you plan on using the sofa sleeper! Forget it ! I should have paid attention to the previous reviews BUT I believed the owners response that they would take care of the poor quality of the sleeper and mattress. Well after 2 years of poor reviews on the sleeping conditions NOTHING has been done!! And no response or compensation from the owners to my concerns/complaints! Even the maintenance man couldn’t believe it! Nice place but be beware of terrible sleeping conditions! My advice: skip this listing and find a different one

You’ll love the view but not the hide a bed. Also , I would recommend not leaving the hotel after 7:00 or 8:00 pm or you will have to park a half a block away. Other than that , it was clean .

The condo was clean and almost exactly as pictured except the sofa. The one pictured is a grey pull out. What we actually got was a dirty dark blue old pull out (I took pictures but I don’t see anywhere to attach them) the mattress was extremely thin to the point that it hurt to sleep on. It was disgusting. There was some residue, not sure if it was filth or what but if you touched it, and rubbed your fingers, you felt the residue (dirt? Cleaner?). Also there seemed to be some sort of ash in the cup holder of the sofa. Not sure what it was but it was ashy. The rest of the condo was clean. The sofa definitely seemed out of place. The only other complaint was the towels. Would be nice to have a couple of extra towels for a 3 night stay. You can’t get any from the staff because the rental is managed by Vacasa so you’ll need to bring extra towels. The building is well maintained (for the most part) the kids splash pad is down for maintenance- actually, the entire place is going through renovations so it looks a little rough on the outside but it was clean and well kept so I didn’t mind too much. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Almost forgot, the parking is tricky which is to be expected. Just know the overflow lot is across the street but not too bad of a walk. The trick is that everyone leaves for the day early morning and return in the evening but if you kinda plan around that you’ll have parking every time!

Comfortable room, pretty clean, all amenities of home except washer/dryer, just remember to bring coins or pack enough of everything so no washing is required. WiFi is horrible, but overheard others talking and seems to be a problem within the entire building. Great gulf views, great location, would stay again.

We truly loved the view of the beach and the condo is very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the property and will definitely stay here again.
