2nd Floor Open Condo, On-site restaurant w bar, Multiple pools

Loved everything will stay here again

budget friendly. decent location to drive to activities and food. backyard is the beach. The building is under heavy construction! We were not told about the renovations and our room was in a bad location! Clean rooms/bath but very dirty furniture. The place was a good size but could use some fixing, better furniture. Nothing inviting or exciting about the space. Need higher floor for a good patio view, pool roof was our view :(. Priced low for a reason.

Good for the price and convenient

This particular condo does not match the photos posted online. It has not been well taken care of. The tv along with the coffee maker didn’t work. There were multiple pieces of trim on the countertop in the kitchen that had been pulled off and not replaced. The cabinets had chunks of wood missing and the sink was very loose. The closet mirror in the bedroom was literally hanging off the tracks and would not slide. This unit needs a lot of TLC.

Estábamos muy felices de visitar Destin, llegamos al hotel, pero desafortunadamente el aseo de la apartamento era lamentable, el sofá cama viejo y sucio debajo de el se encontraron los cojines los cuales son la decoración sucios y con mal olor, cada vez que nos estábamos en el mueble se sentía picazón el piel, en la cocina los platos, ollas y cubiertos estaban con residuos de alimentos, en la ducha, la Cortina transparente estaba amarilla de lo sucia de lo vieja, en la habitación se encontró tapas de debidas, medicamentos y otras cosas debajo de las mesas de noche, la única cama no se podía mover por qué le sonaba todo. No es la realidad en las fotografías.
