Renovated in 2023, this lovely resort is mere steps away from the sand and surf, so spend your days on the water either lounging, collecting shells, or renting water equipment like paddleboards and surfboards. Make sure to keep an eye out for any dolphins swimming by to say hello! An array of amenities is provided to keep you entertained, including pools, a hot tub, a sauna, & world-class tennis courts. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony with spectacular ocean views. All three sofas fold out into queen-size beds. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

BEACH RULES: Due to changing tides and weather conditions, beach setup placement may vary without notice. The use of personal beach equipment (including chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is permitted; however, personal items may not be placed in front of the beach service setups. Personal equipment must be positioned behind the rental chair setups and may not be left on the beach overnight. Additionally, there is a 20-foot public access easement extending from the high-water line along the entire coastline. This area must remain clear to allow the public unobstructed access to walk along the shoreline. As a result, neither personal equipment nor beach service setups may be placed within this easement area.
