Jade East is conveniently located near Destin's restaurants, Big Kahuna's Water Theme park & other fantastic attractions. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

This Condo was wonderful, with beautiful views and nice amenities. Two things can be improved - The 2 beds/mattresses in the 2nd bedroom are not comfortable at all! And second we had to struggle to get a parking permit.

We have stayed at this condo 3-4 times in the past with a great experience- this year was a little disappointing however. The furniture is outdated and “dingy” looking. Need new floor mats/rugs as they all look dirty as well. The floors seemed to be clean but were very sticky. The bathrooms are beginning to be outdated as well. There was NO hot water in any of the sinks besides the showers. Reported the issue and was told someone would be there to check it out however nobody showed up and the issue was never resolved. I had to boil my own water to wash my babies bottles due to no hot water. We stay at Jade East every year however will not be booking this condo/unit again in the future.

The location and views were amazing. Outdated furniture. Elevators wouldn’t work half the time. Wifi was in and out.
