Speaking on this room, the 2nd floor was easy to access but be prepared to hearing the noise at the pool and early morning cleanings. Immediately noticed the room is old and outdated, little mildew smell as well. The bathrooms were very outdated and the shower head in the master was terrible, also tub/shower looked nasty and had an old rusted soap holder in there. The sheets were noticeably dirty when we arrived, contacted Vacasa and they were kind enough to correct that issue. The reviews about the roaches are correct, we saw some in our room. We will definitely not stay at this place again, everything just felt gross! The access to the beautiful beaches were very convenient!

Had giant cockroaches and we told someone would come to spray for them, but no one ever came. We had 2 other families with us who booked different avenues(VRBO, Airbnb) and all were let in their rooms prior to the 4pm check in. Since we checked in on a Monday, all three rooms had been vacant since Sunday morning. Both other families were given a temporary code to enter early
