This building is conveniently located on the beach with the pool right next to it, but this unit needs major cosmetic upgrades among others. The paint is peeling, furniture and mattresses are old, it's not very clean, and the washer and dryer stick out in the hallway and the closet doors don't close - unsightly, in the way, and inconvenient. The unit is fine for 4 people or so, but please know the pictures are deceiving and if you're expecting a superiorly clean, updated, functioning unit - you're going to be disappointed.

The location is great and love that the beach is not that crowded due to limited amount of condos. Otherwise, this place needs a good redo the pictures do not portray the condo. Needs more updating, especially the main bathroom and new furniture! Also need to have this place scrubbed down was not clean at all!
