Good afternoon I do have to say that the view from our balcony was absolutely amazing. There are a few things: The gate code for beach access never worked. We had to walk around the gates just to get to the beach. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is about nonexistent. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The carpet in the bedroom is horrible and needs to be replaced it looks like it’s been there for about 40 years. The mattresses also need to be replaced. They’re very uncomfortable, With a few little things. This would be a really nice location. It just needs a little tender, loving care.

I have rented many condos, and this one was the dirtiest I’ve ever rented. The floors were dirty. I killed two roaches during my stay. The only good thing was the beautiful view.
