Destiny West - Casa Isla Paraiso

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there are a few important issues that need attention and has been addressed. The pool also lacked railings, which made it difficult for some to use safely. Several bar stools were very wobbly and felt unsafe to sit on — basic maintenance like this should be addressed. It would also be helpful to have all light switches clearly labeled and include instructions for operating things like the pool lights. During our stay, renters got locked out, but the concierge was very responsive and helped immediately, which we appreciated. On the positive side, all appliances worked great, and having multiple coffee pots was a nice touch. The home overall was spacious and accommodating, and we were happy with the amenities provided. Thank you — with a few fixes, this could be an excellent rental experience. We will consider this home for future rental.

Such a beautiful home. Lots of space and close to the beach! We loved the private pool. Neighborhood was quiet and location was not far from stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again!

We loved the location of the home. Close to the beach, on a quiet street, plenty of parking space for 4 cars and 2 golf carts. Home is just like the pictures, beautiful. The best part was the screen in pool - very few bugs to content with. Plenty of beds for the 14 of us. The staff was on point whenever I called about minor needs. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again and recommend it. Thanks

The house was very neglected. There were loose tiles on the stairs, going down to the pool. One of the guest tripped going up the step when the loose tile came off, landed on their elbow. It seems like the roof above that spot is about to collapse. The big TVs are great in the rooms if they worked. Someone came for about three hours, interrupting our vacation trying to connect them all to the Wi-Fi and was fairly unsuccessful and seemed very frustrated. He did finally connect the living room TV but no one else eve had access to watching television. We did not want to call him and waste another one of our vacation days waiting around on someone to repair. Also, I had told you guys that our smoke detector went off in the middle of the night in our bedroom master bedroom. No one ever came to repair that so we had one room without a smoke alarm the whole time. The stove top was filthy. The grill was filthy in our master bedroom and the side table. There was a big empty bag of cheese puffs. I will not mention the live roaches that we found crawling on the wall in the master. The house is beautiful and we had a great time together, however the cleanliness and the disarray And the worker having to come really put a black cloud over things. This house deserve so much better.

Enclosed pool was great, lots of room in the house for our family, walk to the beach was manageable but next time I would rent a golf cart. Would consider renting again in the future.
