Huge, clean, lighted pool, quick beach access, every amenity you can think of, wifi, tv's in every room including the pool house. Gas stove and direct gas hookup grill! Walk in closets, huge laundry room, plenty of towels and toiletries in all bathrooms. Each room has a private balcony. Pool table, Xbox and Playstation, 2 beds and couch in the pool house, along with an additional full bathroom. Plenty of pool floats. This home far exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be booking again!!

This house was fantastic! The location was great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The rooms were very spacious and so was the living area. The balconies from each bedroom were a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The covered patio with the grill was great! The pool was nice and relaxing. And the pool house was a great addition. We would definitely return to this property!

The proximity to the beach, to hwy 98, to numerous grocery stores and restaurants especially in the heart of Destin was perfect. Also, the household had all the amenities we needed. My grandkids loved the back house with the loft and pool table. The contour cable system was my best t v experience in my 14 years of renting beach houses in the area.
