With accommodations for up to six guests and a plethora of shared resort amenities, you will have no problem spreading out and enjoying your vacation in style. When the sun heats up the sand, slip on your favorite swimsuit and head out to the beach to work on your tan or make your way to the shared pool to cool off (and enjoy a snack at the seasonal snack shack). The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests will need to prepare meals and keep drinks cold while on vacation. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 is what you need if you're looking for some thrilling entertainment! Or if you're in need of some peace and quiet, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby and there you can hike and explore and be surrounded by nature. If you are itching to play a round of 18, check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club also nearby! Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
