The layout of the unit is wonderful. That being said it does need a little TLC and an addition of a few basic necessities. For example a clock somewhere, anywhere in the unit would be helpful. There are some bulbs that need replacement. The toaster did not work but was replaced during our stay. The silverware was subpar, only having three spoons for a unit that could sleep up to six. The toilet in the master bathroom needs attention, rattling every time you sit or rise. I believe this will be a great unit once construction is complete and a few things tended to in the unit itself.

Overall this was a beautiful condo with perfect views of the ocean. There was the ability to rent an umbrella and chairs as you came out of the private ocean entrance. A few things to remeber if booking this condo: We were very excited to get the "you can check in early" email. When we proceeded to the condo the code given via text and in the app did not work. We had to call the VACASA number to have a new code sent. The night before checkout we had the option to buy late check in for about $45. We decided to move forward and paid the charge. Day of check out we hung out at the beach and left all belongings in the room (including my phone). Upon return which was technically after thr original check out our code did not work. Luckily my husband had his phone and we again contacted VACASA. They provided a new code and we were able to access the condo. Moral of the story if you choose early check in and late check out reach out to VACASA to confirm the code provided will work the whole time.

This condo has nice side view of the ocean very nice on the inside.. just need a little TLC on all beds…

The room was perfect! Very clean! Had a little trouble with the door code, the Vacasa was very quick to respond and had it fixed in seconds! We will be coming back next year for sure! Thank you!

Waking up to the beautiful view of the beach was really nice. Really had a great stay with my little family.

Great complex, access to beach, good size pool and great views from room! Unit has plenty of room for a family. It could use a “facelift” in terms of decor and upgrades throughout. And, I would recommend bringing your own plates and flatware as they are substandard (hard plastic plates) and did not allow for many people to eat a meal (max of 7-8).
