A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. We had a great stay overall. The condo’s ocean view was incredible, and beach access was very convenient. The property felt very safe, and the grounds, pool, and common areas were extremely well maintained. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Unit 607 does need updates specifically in the bathrooms and bedrooms. But these cosmetic issues were not enough to give a bad review, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. Again the view, it really is a million dollar view and probably the best one we have ever had and that’s why we will be back!

Honestly the location was nice but I was very bummed on how outdated the condo was for the price. Some of our friends rented units some same price or even maybe a little cheaper for updated units. I think It’s time they do a renovation for future guest.

We loved the condo! Very nice, safe, and comfortable! Beautiful very from the balcony! Perfect location! We loved the family type of crown that stays at Sterling Sands! It really was a wonderful time and trip! We would love to stay at 607 Sterling Sands again!! Would highly recommend to family and friends!
