The updated furnishings and excellent location make this the perfect vacation home for you and your family. The ocean is just steps away, where you'll find miles of gorgeous beaches. Want to test your surfing skills out before hitting the sea? Head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park first. You'll also find great local restaurants, such as Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House & you can shop until your heart's content at Destin Commons. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

We loved the location! This was perfect for just a quiet family get away with our son. The views of the beach were so beautiful, and the property was very clean. This room itself was outdated, but not in an offensive way. It was well stocked, and had all the things we needed, and was comfortable. It's located just across from the coin laundry which was helpful with wet beach clothing. We found it cozy and would recommend it to anyone who's needing the perfect intimate getaway!

I wanted some alone time at the beach. This property was reasonably priced. The counter top and kitchen appliances are old, but they worked. The bed was comfortable. The TV in the living room did not work. It would turn on, but you can advance to any apps. The view is gorgeous. The property says "NO SMOKING" but other guests ignore that rule. Every morning while sitting on the balcony somebody on another balcony was smoking and in on Friday and Saturday evening, they were smoking pot. Really stunk! The condo was fine, but the reason I won't return to this property is because the beach is so limited. If you bring your own beach chair and umbrella you absolutely cannot sit in the front of the waaaaaaaaaay overpriced rented umbrellas and chairs. Even by myself if I wanted to move my chair to the shoreline, right at the water, you can't do that. You can do that at other properties, but not this one. The space is VERY limited where you can enjoy the beach. The staff was nice. It's nice to have a Tiki bar, but they even rope off their area and I felt like cattle being kept in a corral.

The condo was decent for the money. The view was amazing. Had everything we needed for the days we were there. Enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs. It was also nice having a tiki bar on-site and a restaurant. Pizza was good.
