This high-end condo features amazing shared amenities that include swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center in case you'd like to stay in shape, a community grill area to show off your grilling skills, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack. Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. With the beach right outside your door and plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby, there is no better location than this. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park has everything for everyone. Boasting lazy rivers, waterslides, swimming pools, kiddie rides, and more, it's the perfect place to bring your entire family and it's only two miles away. If you're looking for something more relaxed, Henderson Beach State Park is a mile away and there you can hike, enjoy the panoramic views, maybe book a boat tour, etc.

THINGS TO KNOW
The two twin beds seen in the photos have been replaced with a king bed. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

This condo provided a relaxing experience for my family. The 3 rooms are spacious and the kitchen has modern appliances and every utensil you would ever need. The balcony was spacious with lots of seating. It overlooks the pool and a beautiful view of the beach to view each day. It was was kept and clean. I would definitely book again while in Destin! I love the easy check in and check out process. Seamless!

This was our second trip to stay at Sterling Shores but our first trip with our twin 2 year old's. They loved "Our Condo" vacation to Destin. We flew back home late at night and when they woke up the following morning they were mad they weren't at "Our Condo". We will be back to visit.

Check in was very easy and accommodating. We arrived a hour early and was able to go straight to our room. First couple days I got a courtesy call from the front making sure I didn’t need anything and everything was ok which was great. Some reviews talk about the cleanliness…. This place was clean clean as in not a piece of sand in sight. The beds was comfortable and the pillows was amazing which was a plus . The ocean view from the balcony is breath taking . There a nice size pool which is also beautiful from the balcony especially at night. It was a much shorter walk than I was expecting to the beach . It’s walking distance to several restaurants . It’s only a few minute walk to The Track which has a lot of entertainment for big a small kids . There’s plenty of shopping close by and Walmart is very short drive . Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I would suggest if staying long with big groups to bring TP and paper towels since they only supply one roll. It was nice not having to fight for place to park and the elevators was always fast and never crowded. The locals in the building are extremely nice. We did have construction working on the back side balcony when we arrived which started at 8am and it is LOUD . (Yay for the rain so they wasnt there much) I did get several emails ahead of time letting me know . Communication with owners is A+ Overall my family trip was amazing . We all had a great relaxing trip and would 11/10 recommend anybody to book this condo
