Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, such as lagoon and oasis styled pools and fitness center. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores! What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 has 12 escape rooms which are the largest selection of Gulfcoast live escape rooms! The Track (one mile away) offers bumping cars, mini-golf courses, go-kart races, and more! Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
