Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, such as lagoon and oasis styled pools, a fitness center, a community grill area, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. The Track is a short mile away and offers fun for all ages! Challenge your friends to a go-karts race or maybe share some laughs at the bumping cars section. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The views from the balcony were beautiful. Unit was adequately equipped for what we did, which is not much cooking. Not enough storage for groceries,but adequate for clothes.

Clean unit, close beach & restaurant access,& comfortable beds. Our issue was with the on-going construction. It started at 7:30am & was as loud as a jet engine

Overall this place isn’t terrible. The rental company made a mistake on how they described the ongoing construction. The construction made the entire stay tainted to say the least. I wouldn’t believe a word they say. Clearly there’s massive painting jobs at the building at wasn’t anything started yesterday. These plans have been in place long before we booked but yet we were not notified until after we booked and paid. We were not given a clear option for refund or otherwise. Once we arrived, we discovered the construction was much more than what was described in the emails. Construction workers banging and clanging right outside our guests window. Plastic on all railings rattling all day and night. I probably wouldn’t have wasted ANYMORE of my time if your stupid text prompt messages didn’t keep texting me asking me to.

This condo is PERFECT for a stay in Destin. Right on the beach, a huge pool, tons of food and entertainment nearby, the condo is clean and comfortable, with tons of space for families and/or friends. We adored staying here and love to come back.

This condo had a view that was great to wake up to reach day. Although upgrades are needed and the couch needs cleaning (lots of nasty stains), it was a pleasant stay. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect.
