What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is all about its prime location just off Highway 98 where you can find several dining options. The Track with its go-kart races, bumping cars, and mini-golf courses awaits only one mile away. The Henderson Beach State Park offers incredible outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, camping, and more! Looking to hit the links? Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.
