THINGS TO KNOW

F ull kitchen w/dishwasher Free WiFi Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

This is our second time staying in this unit. This time we stayed two weeks and it’s a great place for a family. Perfect location and top notch amenities. Sterling Shores owns the beach so it will never be crowded. This owner also pays for you to have two Beach chairs and umbrella which saves a lot! To our surprise the second bathroom was very nicely renovated. You will not be disappointed!!
