Sleek beach condo w water views & shared facilities for guest use

Unit 614 was great. It was clean with plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen items. Very comfortable. The Sterling Shores property though needs some better management. First, the gate leading from the pool area to the beach was not working. I had to climb the gate three times in two days so we could leave the beach and get back to the condo. Second, they make you wear these bracelets to have access to the beach and pool areas. However, no one is checking for it nor enforcing it. Sunday, the pool was full of people without bracelets and from the way they acted, they certainly weren’t guests at Sterling Shores. The pool was filthy and kids were running around unsupervised. No one on site was checking to see if any of these folks were actually staying there. It was beyond obvious that about half of the people in the pool area were not supposed to be there but yet they got to enjoy all the perks of a paying guest. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and have been coming to Sterling Shores for over 11 years… but that was the last time we’ll stay there. Better off just paying extra and staying somewhere in the 30A area.

Great view ocean view, close to everything, suggest clean the only carpet, and the couch needs cushion support, recently painted

Probably a fine place to stay once the building construction is done in February 26. Until then, buyer beware!

We loved this condo overall but there are a few issues. It was immaculate, super clean. Beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen and the balcony is breathtaking. It is very nicely decorated and you can tell the owners take pride in how it looks for the most part. However, we wouldn't stay here at this condo again because of the living room furniture. The couches and chairs are stained which is very uninviting because you are not sure what the stains are from. The cushions are really uncomfortable and offer no support when you sit. I couldn't watch tv or sit in the living room at all because of this issue. The coffee table has large brown stains on it, not sure what that is... we loved sterling shores and will come again but we will book a different condo unless they get new furniture.

The condo was clean has an awesome view would be perfect if you updated the furniture in the living room and change the carpet added more hangers than would consider staying here again otherwise might be looking for an updated condo in the future 😀🐬💙

We stayed here during the construction, which wasn’t a problem except for the fire alarm going off from time to time. The main sofas in the living room are very outdated, and the king sized bed is super uncomfortable (three separate people tried to sleep in it). Other than those inconveniences, it’s a great property with awesome ocean views and everything you need in the apartment. We’d see ourselves staying at Sterling Shores again, maybe in a different condo.
