Very nice ocean-view from the balcony and master bedroom. Definitely recommend this unit, and certainly it will be on the top of my list of places to stay in Destin.

Highly recommend this property for a family vacation. It is safe, clean, and very close to the beach. The only thing that ruined the entire relaxing vacation mood was the horrible noise from a renovation crew going on the entire time - even before 9am. We were notified about the building renovations on our second day of the stay.

There were 2 positives of this condo, the location and the mattress in the primary bedroom. The rest was not good. Uncomfortable furniture, small kitchen table, appliances breaking down.

The view was amazing from our balcony. The "hot pool" could be warmer in the cooler months. The room and hotel could use some tlc. The elevators were broke half our stay, the place didn't care. Our patio doors on BOTH doors did not lock. The beach was the biggest reason we visited and that was %100 amazing.
