Magnificent waterfront condo w private balcony, shared pool, gym, & snack bar

The location was ideal and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Parking was gated, ample and didn't require placards which was nice. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony had lots of furniture to lounge on or eat a meal with a good view. The property itself is well maintained codes to get in front gate and into property by foot. The pools on both sides of the street were very nice with lots of seating. Unfortunately, I felt the condo it lacked a lot when it came to cleanliness. There was hair in both bathrooms shower drains, the sliding glass windows and doors to the balcony were cleaned up to the top 1/3 of the glass, from there up it was a thick white film with drip marks. The tv in one of the spare bedrooms did not work and the ice maker in the fridge made 1 tray of ice the entire trip. We had to purchase ice downstairs (when they were not out) or at Walmart every day of our stay. I will say I did not report the issue to anyone at the time because I was not going to stay in the condo waiting for a repairman and did not want anyone in the condo while no one was there so that part is on me. Just very inconvenient, most condos I have stayed in have a separate icemaker. The kitchen needs more items for people who plan to cook in the condo. There were only serrated steak knives, no cutting board, no salt /pepper shakers and the coffee pot had a broken lid to the water reservoir so when you ran it water leaked out all over the counter. Maybe I have lucked out with condos in the past that had a slow cooker, food processor and pots that were not scratched or flaking cephalon with loose handles. I spent over $2500.00 to rent this 3bdr/2 ba condo and would have appreciated it being thoroughly cleaned and having more amenities.

Proximity to and access to the beach and local attractions. Full size W/D, comfy beds and spacious table for meals and balcony to enjoy the sunsets.

Didn't love anything due to dealing with the lack of cleanliness of furniture that I didn't want to sit on.

Beautiful view and great location!! I do wish umbrellas & chairs were included with rental, we paid enough already. There are no beach towels, chairs, or anything needed for the beach. Don’t plan on watching anything on the TV in the master bedroom but other than that, the home is well equipped and very inviting. Property as a whole was nice as well.

Great location, great room, and reasonably priced.

Great location and plenty of kitchen items. I wish there was at least some more trash bags and toilet paper. Especially since we stayed 5 days.
