Full kitchen w/dishwasher Free WiFi Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The condo itself was not terrible. It did take a while for the hot water to get warm and there were a few things that were not perfect. Mostly it was the dust and debris from the construction everywhere and the jackhammering directly above our bedroom that made it absolutely miserable was not able to be in our condo for breakfast because of noise and dust could not come back to the condo until after five everyday was warned about it being under construction, but it was way more than we were warned about. For the amount of money spent to have a relaxing week it was terrible. I would not recommend visiting this complex. They should not have been open with this extensive renovation going on. I was not able to use the balcony, even though ours was not supposed to be closed until November. There was construction equipment all over it.

great location, close to beach, view of pool, leaves much desired, beds uncomfortable, had to climb in master bed, no furniture on balcony, that's one of the nice things of place, pool view, no coffee filters or coffee, no beach towels much better vacation rentals available, wouldn't stay here again

We loved how this place was peaceful and had everything we needed in reference to access of a pool for the kids, walkway for the beach, and a wonderful surrounding. We will be back!

The pool is great for smaller kids with shallow areas for them play. The beach is always great as well!
