Full kitchen w/dishwasher Free WiFi Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

We had an Awesome Time there!! The Condo was Very Nice, very clean & very accommodating. It was in walking distance to the Beach. The pool area was very cool looking, relaxing & the water temperature was great. We also liked that it was gated with codes to get into the areas. We would definitely come back & recommend it!

This was a very big unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was enough to host my family of 5 comfortably. It was clean and had everything needed for a week-long stay. My kids especially enjoyed the smart TV which allowed them to stay entertained while relaxing after a long day at the beach. I'd definitely recommend unit 313 at Sterling Shores.

The condo was perfect for the number of guests we had and was very nicely decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room. Mattresses were not comfortable. We enjoyed Sterling Shores and the condo was perfect with exception of the mattresses. However; we were very disappointed when we arrived to wake up at 8 am to hammer drilling and grinding. We were aware per all the emails and disclosure when renting that maintenance was being performed. Was told it was painting and it would not effect stays between June -September. Well that was wrong..... my husband had not had a vacation in a couple years and wanted to sleep in.... The grinding started at 8am.
