THINGS TO KNOW
Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The furnishing were nice for a one bedroom. The balcony was private with nice seating! Bonus having washer/dryer!

We loved the property and the unit itself. The vinyl flooring was very nice. I will agree with another commenter that there was a lot of beachy "stuff" (decor) around the unit. I think it would be helpful to have a grab bar in the shower and maybe 1-2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door.
