With the beach right outside your door and plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby, there is no better location than this! Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park has everything for everyone! Boasting lazy rivers, waterslides, swimming pools, kiddie rides, and more, it's the perfect place to bring your entire family and it's only two miles away! If you're looking for something more relaxed, the Henderson Beach State Park is 0.8 of a mile and there you can hike, enjoy the panoramic views, maybe book a boat tour, etc. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Everything was beautiful! From the restrooms to the beautiful view, the room looked exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Highly recommend!!

The following view is gorgeous and the walk to the beach is easy. The following condo has so much potential but appears the owners don’t want to invest into the condo based on other reviews. I agree with a lot of the reviews already posted here on Vacasa. A lot of things I feel like could have been fixed and are easy things to upgrade to make things more enjoyable. Refrigerator is old and rusted and you cannot control the temperature because it is broken. Eggs and drinks were frozen cause you could not regulate the temperature. Even if you purchased the cheapest fridge at Home Depot is about $500.00. I paid triple the amount to stay there for a few days. TV’s are outdated in the bedrooms and living room has a 32 inch TV where many of the remotes didn’t work. TVs are cheap these days and should be updated. Beds are hard and not conformable at all and not much storage space in the second bedroom. The sliding doors in the master room were broken. Chairs on the balcony are broken and rusted as well and should be fixed. Since beach service is not provided, provide some chairs and umbrellas for use to save folks some extra hassle of spending large amounts of money on beach setups. We went down to Walmart and bought our own stuff and it saved us a lot of money. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I feel like upgrading a couple of things here and there would really help.
