WHAT’S NEARBY Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Looking for some outdoors entertainment? Big Kahuna offers great adventure parks, water slides, kiddie slides, lazy rivers, and more! If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. THINGS TO KNOW Full kitchen w/ dishwasher, Free WiFi, Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Guests will receive a complimentary beach setup (two chairs and one umbrella daily). This service operates seasonally, from March 15th to November 15th. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

I would like to mention that this is my third time staying at sterling shores and I have never had a problem till this time. We walked into the room to a dirty bed with stains, a ceiling that was leaking water everywhere, dirty towels left in our washer, silverware and plates dirty in the cabinets, crumbs on top of all pot holders. I expect to not have to clean my own room that I paid lots of money for and all that “Vacasa” did was say sorry and offer to drop off clean sheets that I had to put on myself. I’m very disappointed and not sure if I will stay with you again.

This unit was exactly what we needed. It was well kept and had a great view of the pools and beach. We loved having access to walk to the private beach area. The pools were easily accessible and kept really clean. It was also nice having access to the restroom facilities on the property. They were also kept clean! Can’t wait to come back!
