Boasting magnificent beach and gulf views, a fully-equipped kitchen that will make cooking a breeze, and shared on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a grill area to enjoy a delicious poolside cookout, and a fitness center, this resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway! Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores! WHAT’S NEARBY Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. There are several incredible places for some family-friendly fun, such as The Track, Big Kahuna, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and more! Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The unit was good. Balcony furniture was not there. Mattresses were very good. Water pressure ok. Rooms are small. Bathroom plugs did not work. It’s very clean, well equipped kitchen. Couch is not like in the pictures. But it is comfortable. I would go back.

THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE WHOLE PLACE

The home itself was lovely and this review is not directed at the actual unit or the homeowners. This is a warning for anyone booking this year. The grinding, sanding, hammering construction noise was debilitating (so loud you couldn't have a conversation inside the unit) and began between 7:30-8am every morning. Powder residue from the sanding (which we were all forced to breathe in when we were outside) rained down to the point that we couldn't use the balcony for a few days. We were given a schedule of the work that was to be done noting that the grinding and construction wouldn't begin until after labor day - false. We received an "oops guess it started already hope it doesn't interrupt your stay" email on the 2nd day. So unless you plan to be out of the unit by 7:30am every day and not back until dinnertime, do not book at Sterling Shores until this construction is complete some time next year.
